Origins Health & Wellness provides outpatient mental health and substance abuse assessment, counseling, and referral from a holistic perspective to empower clients to choose their health instead of leaving it to chance.
Our therapists are licensed mental health therapists and certified substance abuse counselors with many years of experience working in the Lincoln and surrounding communities. We provide individual, couples, and family counseling services.

Insurance Options
Origins Health & Wellness is an approved Medicaid provider. Most other major insurances are accepted (e.g. Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, United Behavioral Health, and Aetna). Private pay is also welcome.
